This small village of the Daunian Apennines is located on the border with the Region Campania. It is a small jewel nestled in the verdant vegetation of the surrounding unspoiled natural landscape, which includes the Natural area of the Lake Pescara and that of the Woods Bosco Cerasa, located at the foot of the highest mountain of the region, Mount Cornacchia. Vistors can take part in a very special excursion in the woods to catch sight of the last Apulian wolves still living in the area. These are elegant and precious animals that unfortunately are rapidly disappearing form our region. The historic centre of the village, with its alleys and historical buildings, is definitely worth a visit.
